Sanibel Surfside is a condo complex of 38 units in 2 buildings. Our condo, number 121, is located in Building 1 on the Southeast corner, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is beautifully landscaped and well appointed. Our 2 bedroom corner unit is on the 2nd floor and is larger than the interior units. Below are the garage and storage closet where beach chairs, swimming noodles and sand buckets are stored for the use of our guests. From the 2nd floor, views of the beach and the gulf are magnificent: an ever-changing panorama of boats, dolphins and beach activities. Views of the morning sunrise are worth waking up for, while the vivid sunsets are awesome. At night the twinkling lights of Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Beach are gentle reminders of the world beyond. It is a deluxe accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room/dining area with full-length porch overlooking the gulf as well as a porch off the master bedroom with the beach view. In short, it is the epitome of casual elegance.

Sanibel Island has something for everybody. Are you a shopper? A variety of shops cater to a broad range of fashion and tastes. Do you enjoy shelling? Sanibel is considered by many as the best shelling beach in America. Are you a gourmet? Choose from an exotic array of cuisines and restaurants from the more moderate-priced sports bar atmosphere to the exclusive and expensive world of haute cuisine.
