There is an elevator to the parking area if you do not want to walk down the short set of steps. The laundry facility is on the ground floor. You are close to everything !! Great pool (not heated) with a fantastic view of the Intercoastal Waterway. As of 2006 the unit has a brand new kitchen and hardwood floors. You will remember this fine condo and your great vacation for a lifetime!!

A Security deposit of $500 per rental month is required. Check in/out is 3PM/10AM. Rental period is by calender months. There are no group rentals and the renting party must occupy the unit for the entire rental period, you can not allow someone else to use the rental if you decide to not stay for the full time. October 2008 rented, also 1-1-09 thru 4-30-09 taken. Because of severe allergies we do not allow pets or smoking in this unit. Renters must also fill out a back ground application and submit same to the condo association along with a $25 fee.
