The villa is in a quiet spot midway between the Gulf Coast and the Intra Coastal Waterway.

A 5 minute walk along a private access to the Gulf coast brings you to an endless stretch of sandy beach for sunbathing and swimming in a gentle surf. 2 minutes in the opposite direction brings you to the club house which is on the Marina which in turn leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. The villa is set in an adult community and the covenants will apply.
