Sea Gate Condominiums are directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the beach-front community of Indian Shores. It offers the beauty of the beach living with the convenience of being located less than 90 minutes away from the major Florida attractions. Our unit is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom condominium apartment with over 1400 square feet of living space. It is of course completely furnished. Both our living room and master bedroom overlook the Gulf of Mexico. From our balcony you can enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.

RATES & INFO

Weekly rates depend on month and lenght of stay, US 850.-- - 1'200.-- p/w

Rates are based on no more then six guests. Discount are available for stays of two weeks or more. A downpayment is required to hold Reservations. The full rental-rate minus the downpayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Cancellations require 60 days advance notice for refund of the downpayment. Weekly rentals rate do not include taxes (11%). Confirmed reservations are guaranteed at the current quoted rates.
