A barbecue grill and cabana area are down by the pool. The building has both an elevator and stairs and there is plenty of parking available. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable. If cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable, only if unit can be re-rented.
