Feel the security of your own private entrance; NO need to go through lobbies.  Your personal two car carport, located directly under your unit, provides easy access to your car.  Gulfside Dreams is in a small complex of only 20 units...ideal for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.  Our location, Indian Rocks Beach, is a small community on Sand Key which boasts its "lack of high-rises" making for great beaches and a quiet vacation area.

Your 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse is bright and airy with a Florida style atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.  The unit has ceramic tile throughout and carpeting within the bedrooms.  There are many "extras" which add to the beauty and charm of the townhouse.  Parents and children will love the selection of over 50 quality Disney movies for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the sunsets from your balcony or take a walk on our almost private beach.
