Only a half block to the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Anna Maria Island, this comfortable updated duplex can hold up to 14 people and is the perfect for large family gatherings or multiple family gatherings. You have the option of renting one side or both.

10% Discount when renting both units together

$500 deposit for weekly reservations 10 1/2% tax in addition to rental amount. No cleaning or pool heating fees. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Holiday rates of 25% extra apply over Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. $30.00 reservation fee
