From little things that you may not notice right away, like cove molding throughout, to the more obvious things, like the 16” tiles laid on the diagonal, this house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. To that end, you’ll find thick pile carpet in the bedrooms, wrap-around decks on both levels, and in the kitchen recessed lights, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an oversized sink.

The private community pool is just around the corner and the pristine white sand beaches of the gulf coast are only a short walk away. There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options.
