This non-smoking home is beautifully decorated in a West Indies motif with an emphasis on quality and comfort.

This cozy getaway boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a great entertainment space for the kids. The entire house is upgraded in many ways. From little things that you may not notice right away, like cove molding throughout, to the more obvious things, like the 16” tiles laid on the diagonal, this house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. To that end, you’ll find thick pile carpet in the bedrooms, wrap-around decks on both levels, and in the kitchen recessed lights, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an oversized sink.

The private community pool is just around the corner and the pristine white sand beaches of the gulf coast are only a short walk away. There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a short distance away.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments and a possible request to vacate the premises.” $50 pet fee if applicable; 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and will receive a 3.5% discount. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
