This brand NEW (2005) 3 bedroom Florida cottage is located in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach between Seaside and Destin. The home is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village. A quiet community pool nearby with plenty of lounge chairs makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient. Beach access is at hand when the Gulf beauty draws you to the sand. (approximately 900 yards). This Florida cottage-style home features clapboard siding and a tin roof and 4 covered porches.

Morning coffee can be enjoyed with the comfortable outdoor furniture off the private porch of the master bedroom or the living area. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8-10 in one king in the master and two twins in bedroom two on second level, 1 queen in first floor bedroom; 1 twin with spring loaded trundle that can be used as 2 twins or king and a full sofa bed in living area. A large TV in the living room and TVs and VCRs/DVDs in all bedrooms provide diversion from the beach.

The cottage is decorated in a comfortable casual style of wicker and bamboo to create an ambience of that lazy, laid-back Caribbean vacation home you have always dreamed about. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances for easy living. Our location is convenient to fine dining; check out Bud and Alley's in Seaside, Criolla's in Grayton Beach, Lake Place in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor as well as funky dining with great jazz at Picolos and the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. We are within walking distance of Gulf Place with great shops, outdoor dining at Smiling Fish, Capos, Sunday night concerts on the green and ice cream at Miss Lucilles Gossip Parlor.

Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby for an interesting golf challenge as well as gulf view dining. Eighteen miles of bike paths along the beach and coastal dune lakes makes exercise a fun and interesting event. The largest discount designer mall in the country is a 10 minute drive in Sandestin. $135 cleaning fee and 11% tax, $85 damage waiver fee; 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and receive a discount. If a guest prefers credit cards are accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
