Mistral is a brand new (2004) Old Florida Village classic beach cottage that sleeps 8-13 in 4 or 5 Bedrooms. It’s tastefully decorated in a West Indies/Hemingway style of wicker, and tan overstuffed furniture with designer ceramic tile floors that reflects that kicked-back, easy living feeling of summers at the beach that you’ve always dreamed about. Two porches off the living area and master bedroom allow for enjoying the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, gulf breezes and barbecuing on the gas grill.

An outside shower provides a quick clean up for family members after a day at the beach and a community pool immediately behind the back yard is great for families with kids that need some close supervision and those occasional diversions from the beach. Old Florida Village is a new "Seaside" style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane just a short stroll from the famous sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Florida Panhandle Gulf.

Mistral's location, as the fifth house on the street, makes it a convenient stroll (.3 mile or about 550 yards) to the beach access. Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin/Destin. Across the street is GoatFeathers, a great seafood restaurant, and other great restaurants, shopping boutiques, summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options on the "Green" at Gulf Place Caribbean are just a short walk or golf cart ride on the bike path.

If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and will receive a 3.5% discount. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
