Seaside, with its brick streets, unique boutiques, and Victorian cottages is a 10 minute drive down the road.

This gothic cottage was built in 1997 and offers hardwood floors and soaring vaulted beaded board ceilings in the living area and 9 ft ceilings on the first floor. Four bedrooms in the main house sleep 11 comfortably and the 2 level carriage house offers 1 bedroom and sleeping porch, Kitchen/ Living area, full bath in a designer furnished compact, yet stylish arrangement that sleeps 6 max. Three full baths in the main house and a full bath in the carriage house, as well as two out door showers makes for ample after beach bathing opportunities.

The main house was completely furnished with all new furniture in 2004. There are 5 TVs and 5 VCR/DVDs in the main house and 2 TVs with VCR in the carriage house. Parking for a maximum of 5 vehicles is available. Additional cars may be parked at the pool across the street. A community pool, 3rd floor roof deck with views of the gulf, bicycles for cruising Walton County's 18 miles of bike paths along the gulf and 250 steps to the beach access make this the perfect get away for that family vacation or reunion.
