Just two doors away from the dedicated beach access, you are only one hundred paces from the beach (no roads to cross). This Florida style community of “Gulfside Cottages” holds charm and style with white picket fences, brick paved walkways, and a heated community pool that is also only a few paces away. We are located across from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, drug store and restaurants galore. There is something for everyone to do – great biking, golfing, and shopping.

The “Coast Inn” is a spacious 2200 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and three baths, with sleeper sofas in the living area and the tower bonus room. There are great views of the gulf from the living area and especially the tower. TV’s are in every room along with three VCR’s “for movies”, a video game machine, and books for your indoor relaxation. Your home at the beach is decorated to the tee with all conveniences.

Washing and drying clothes in the laundry room will even provide a great view of the gulf. Attention to detail is evident throughout the house especially in the kitchen, which has all conveniences for inside dining. There are two wrap-around covered porches, one with an electric grill and bistro table, the other with table and chairs near the gas grill provided for your outside dinning pleasure. Coast on Inn for great views, and great times *Pool heated seasonally during March and April.

Payment $125 cleaning fee and 11% tax, $60 administration fee is added to rate. 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form. If a guest prefers payment by credit card, Paypal will be used with a 2.9% surcharge added. No damage deposit is required, however a credit card (Visa or MC) number will be requested at the time of booking regardless of method of payment to be used in case of damage. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance.
