Get away to a tropical paradise in this beautifully appointed luxury home in a Gulf-Side community, directly adjacent to exclusive Rosemary Beach. The 4 bedroom home has a private pool with a tropical garden and palm-tree landscaping while multiple porches and the third-floor tower room and covered deck provide dramatic views of the gulf.

The house is only 100 yards from the beach with great beach access via a private landscaped palm tree lined path...no roads to cross! The main living and dining area are on the first floor over looking the pool and garden. There are three bedrooms plus a tower room with a queen sofabed. Two master suites (1K, 1Q) are on the second floor with the third bedroom (2F) and bath on the first floor.

Security Deposit is 20% of weekly rental rate. Refunded within 2-3 weeks of departure provided no damage and all rules and regulations are followed.
