There is a security deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 that will hold dates chosen and would then be promptly refunded after check-out and inspection of the home. There are no cleaning fees. Sales tax is 11 1/2% and will be added to all rental rates. If for any reason you may need to cancel and do so at least 30 days prior to arrival all monies paid will be fully refunded. The balance for the week is completely seperate from the security deposit. The balance is due no later than three weeks prior to arrival.
