Island Girl is located on beautiful Santa Rosa Island in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Our 7 bedroom home has been completely remodeled and has beautiful travertine tile throughout. We offer for you to enjoy, a private lagoon shaped pool, hot tub and tiki bar, nicely equipped Game room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, etc. as well as bikes, beach chairs & beach towels. We have six bedrooms that include two kings, three queens, and a full down twin up bunk bed set as well as a loft with two twin bunk bed sets and four baths.

There is a $1,000. security deposit that will hold dates chosen and would then be refunded after check-out and inspection of home. If for any reason you may need to cancel and do so at least 30 days prior to arrival all monies will be refunded. Balance is due no later the 21 days prior to arrival. Absolutely No Smoking No Pets. There are no cleaning fees. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property. 11 1/2% sales tax will be added to all rental rates.
