Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out 10:00 AM. $ 65.00 cleaning fee. Please add 10% tax to the rates. Cancellations & refunds: A 30 day notice for cancellations for a full refund. 50% refund for 15- day notice. If we are able to fill the dates cancelled with a booking, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds given for early departure or cancellation due to weather. Deposit is $ 150. (except Spring Break) required but not cashed. Theft or damage by you or your guests will result in cashing of the check deposit money to meet expenses.
