This spacious quintessential beach house has a double garage (plenty of room for a boat), fenced private yard (for that pet that is an integral part of the family) and a private dock on a rare pristine coastal dune lake. The sleeping arraignments are as follows: 1 king in the master bedroom, queens in bedrooms 2 and 3, 2 single over double bunks in bedroom 4, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

A 16 foot flat bottom boat with electric motor and a canoe is provided for those into fishing or just cruising the lake. There are many many activities near-by, including; the Miracle Strip, Shipwreck Lagoon Water Park, Gulf World, Shell Island Cruises, Parasailing, Wave Runner rentals, "Swim with the Dolphins" packages, World Class Fishing, Golf Courses, Mini-Golf, Go-Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, 1st class deep sea fishing and numerous restaurants to suit all tastes. The grocery store and many restaurants are within walking distance.
