You're close to everything, including the beach, water sports, golf courses, malls, restaurants (it's just a short walk to Pompano Joe's), shops and movie theatres. There's also a 5+ mile trail where you can hike, bike, walk and jog. Rent the entire Villa (an 18 person capacity) during Spring Break & Summer weeks.

For weeks other than Spring Break and the summer, you can rent individual wings (east or west). The home is elegantly furnished. You're just steps (a 5 minute walk) from the beautiful emerald green waters & sugar white sand of the Gulf. The home has a private pool & Jacuzzi, plus 2 heated community Pools.

Just a sampling of the activities/opportunities surrounding you are: excellent seafood restaurants, golf courses, shopping (2 miles from Florida's largest outlet mall), water/theme parks, fishing (known as "world's luckiest fishing village"), places of worship, and water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, & wave runners.
