Our 3 bedroom, 2- 1/2 bath townhome is located in one of Destin's most sought-after oceanfront "family friendly" resorts. Imagine... low owner rates offered... no elevators to negotiate... no streets or parking lots to cross... being able to park at your very own front door... and partaking in gulf fishing from the "luckiest Fishing Village in the World".

Bedroom
During your visit, enjoy the colorful landscaping, an enticing beachfront gazebo just 200 feet from your private patio, or feed the ducks and turtles in our 5-acre fresh water fishing lake (stocked for fishing). All of this in a luxurious, spacious (1300 sq.ft.), newly decorated (2000) townhome that is extremely "kid friendly". Our property offers 2 adult pools (1 heated) and 2 kiddy pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and outdoor barbecue grills.
Our "home-away-from-home" offers all of the comforts you could ever wish for such as an all white fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with ceramic floor, TV's, VCR's, full-size washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, booster seat, pack-n-play, gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella, pool and sand toys.  The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed as the top bunk and a full size bed as the bottom bunk and TV, as well as every amenity and accessory imaginable. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, VCR/TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, & TV, and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living room. All linens are included.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please add 11% Florida Lodging Tax and $90.00 cleaning fee to all rentals. There is a $250 deposit required to confirm reservation, which converts to a security deposit upon check-in. Payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to check-in. Deposit is refunded upon return of keys and satisfactory condition of the townhouse upon check-out.
