From "the almost perfect beach house", you will enjoy the sound of the Gulf of Mexico from the wrap around deck, lounge around your own private pool, or take steps to our snow white beaches. There are lots of windows, bright and airy, with a sun porch on the second floor. Downstairs is designed as a separate unit and is perfect for the adult children or grandparents. There is an individual living area, galley kitchen, one bedroom, and screened in porch. This home is child friendly, and perfect for familes or couples.

Deeded beach access will give you unlimited access to our snow white beaches and emerald green water. Excellent restaurants and lounges are located on the beach. Enjoy two of the local hang-outs; The Wale's Tail and Pompano Joe's for the awesome sunsets. Plus, after watching the sunrise over the gulf, The Wale's Tail offers an excellent breakfast on the beach. Both are within walking distance. For those who like to shop, The Silver Sands Factory Outlet is around the corner. You will find such shops as Ann Taylor, Jones New York, Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, and many others.

The best of golfing is offered in Destin, Sandestin, and Fort Walton Beach. All local courses are open to the public. Your game will sizzle at Regatta Bay championship Robert C. Dogs under 25 pounds accepted. No other pets allowed. $150 pet deposit required. Minimum age requirement of 25 yrs old. Calls accepted Mon.-Sat.
