This spacious, 3 bedroom, two story, Gulf front beach home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well as Alligator Bay with 90' of private beach frontage.  The home's wrap-around decks along with numerous windows and french doors make it possible for one to enjoy a dramatic water view from every room.  The house has been completely updated  with a large tiled kitchen and living room, 2 tiled bathrooms and bedrooms with new (2006) furnishings throughout.  The main floor sleeps four with a captain's sprial staircase to the loft that sleeps four.  Alligator Point is a very secluded, residential unspoiled sand dune.  Come for the beach, the wildlife and great seafood.
