The home features views of the horizon from every room and is on the sunset side of the island.  A private boat basin and dock surrounded by a decked sea wall extends out into the Gulf providing a setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Designed for casual living, this half-moon shaped home has cypress-beamed ceilings, 3-zone central A/C, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and enclosed screened Florida room.

The master bedroom at one end of the home has a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen and twin bed. There are three TV’s, a VCR, and an answering machine. Utilities and linens are included. Marathon, at the foot of the Seven Mile Bridge and 1 hour from Key West, has its own airport.
