Our 2 bedroom condo has this outstanding Gulf view from the Master bedroom and Living Room and also overlooks pond and pool. The unit is professionally decorated and has a roomy 220 sq ft screened lanai. We have been rated "gold level" accommodation by the National Resort Agency. There are elevators to all levels with a good deal of privacy and easy access to the beach and pool. You will enjoy the beautifully manicured grounds and lack of crowding... there are only 45 privately owned units in all.

Dolphins are often sighted in early morning, just off Sand Pointe. Sand Pointe on Sanibel is the perfect escape. It is in the ideal location, nestled among the tropical foliage and towering palms. You are only a few steps from the beautiful gulf waters that invite you to splash away. Shelling and beach-combing are a daily adventure and curious pelicans and gulls become part of the relaxing shore life.
