Our condo is a second floor 2 bedroom unit in a low density (no high-rises) complex. There is no elevator. This is a town house style unit on two levels. On the main floor is the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer and a Half Bath. Upstairs, you will find the Master Bedroom Suite with bath, the second bedroom and the hall bath. There are two screened in Lanais: one on each floor; from the Living Room and from the Master Bedroom. Your view is of the courtyard, palm trees and the tennis court. It is a very peaceful setting where nature surrounds you. There are no other condo complexes on this part of the island, only private homes.

The complex has a large, heated free form pool, tennis courts, sauna and a clubhouse with games for the kids. There are canoes for your use as well. To get to the beach, you walk 300 yards over a bridge which spans a bayou and nature area. The beach is a pristine eleven mile stretch of white sand and Sanibel's famous sea shells. You will spot dolphins and many birds. Many people fish right from the beach, although Sanibel has a fishing pier and there are two marinas near by where you can rent boats. Golf, kayaking, bicycling and parasailing are some of the many activities. There are many gourmet restaurants and shopping within a short drive.

Please add 11% sales tax and a $35.00 booking fee.

You will receive a 10% discount if you book 4 consecutive weeks.

Rates subject to 11% Florida tax. Six persons maximum. To reserve the unit a $385.00 deposit on a credit card is required. There is a booking fee of $35.00. Deposits can be taken on VISA or Mastercard. The remainder of the rent must be paid by check at least 30 days before arrival. No pets allowed.
