Paradise by the Beach
This 6 bedroom home is one of Marco Island's larger waterfront rental homes and is only one block to Tigertail Beach.  It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped.  Comfort and elegance come together in this three story home. It has a mangrove buffer to Tigertail beach and the Gulf of Mexico and is ideal for 2 or more families.  

The house is air conditioned with 5 bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and 3.5 baths. It has a formal entry, 3 living rooms, dining room, large kitchen with eat-in bay window, utility room, and lanai (screened in porch). There are three oak interior staircases (one is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, spindles, and handrails. One of the living rooms has a vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace.

Dock

Throughout the house you will find plantation shutters, custom-made draperies, custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions. Two of the 5+ bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home.
There are views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and terrific privacy by the pool, which has sun throughout the day. There is a playground area with sand for the children and 2 outdoor grills for barbecuing. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. The pool and playground areas are fenced in. We also have a 56-foot dock for fishing. At Tigertail Beach, there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, rentals, and food available including sandwiches, soda, and ice cream.  We are less than a block from Tigertail Beach. Enjoy the miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets. If you are ever looking for something smaller, or if you have a large group and need additional space, we also have a two bedroom, two bath beachfront condo which looks out on beautiful sunsets, close to the house.
