Cozy Beach Hideaway
This cozy vacation rental is located in Sunset Beach, a beautiful and quite area just off the beaten path of Treasure Island.  Newly remodeled in April 2006, this one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is a first floor walk-in unit (step-up at entry) in the South building of the Harbor House complex.  The complex is located about forty yards from the Gulf of Mexico across a small two lane, lightly traveled residential road.  The pool is located at the beach.  Spend the day relaxing on the beach, swimming in the pool, playing a round of golf, deep sea fishing or shopping at historic John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk.  Enjoy a dinner out at one of the waterfront restaurants, or dine at home with a view of the gulf in a relaxed atmosphere.  Finish the day with a walk on the beach and savor a sizzling sunset.

 This cozy hideaway is tastefully appointed reflecting colors of the beach sand and ocean surf.  It is fully equipped with linens, cookware and beach accessories to help make your vacation as carefree as possible.  The unit sleeps one to three guests.  The sofa in the front room converts to a queen size bed.  The unit has matt finished porcelain tile throughout with the exception of the bedroom which is comfortably carpeted.  The bathroom features white tiled walls inlaid with blue glass mosaics, step-in shower and upgraded fixtures.  The kitchen backsplash features inlaid beach themed travertine accent tiles depicting some of what the beach has to offer…sun, shells and marine life. 

At day’s end, retreat to a cozy bedroom that features a king size bed, color TV with basic cable, alarm clock/radio, upgraded carpeting, ceiling fan and white wicker furniture.  It is an inviting retreat for the discerning traveler.  COME HIDEAWAY!
 
Away from the beach there are plenty of nearby attractions.  Orlando, home to Walt Disney World, EPCOT, MGM, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure is within a ninety minute drive.  Forty-five minutes away you will find Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, MOSI, Lowry Park Zoo, Ybor City and the Ellenton Outlet Mall.  Within thirty minutes is Yankee Stadium, Florida Aquarium, St. Pete Times Forum, Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, Tropicana Field, Salvador Dali Museum, St. Pete Pier and Treasure Island’s own historic John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk.
