Enjoy beautiful sunsets from our Florida beach rental with Gulf view. Located in the beautiful Sunset Beach Community of Treasure Island, the white, sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away from our front door across a small, low traffic, residential road. Our newly-renovated, fully-equipped, 1 bedroom condo can sleep up to four people comfortably. It is tastefully decorated, and is equipped for all of your needs.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and color/cable TV. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, ceiling fan, color/cable TV, VCR, and Nintendo 64.

Restaurants, churches, supermarkets, drugstores, and night life are within walking distance. At Historic John's Pass, only four miles away, you will find gourmet restaurants, deep sea fishing, water craft rentals, shopping, and day cruises. A short drive away is the St. Petersburg Pier and Harbor with museums and vacation cruises.

Sports fans can enjoy baseball at Tropicana Field, football at Raymond James Stadium the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or NHL hockey at the Ice Palace, all just 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium are also 30 minutes away as is Tampa International Airport. You are just 90 minutes from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, and Universal Studios.

Minimum stay of one week during off- season. Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax. A reservation/security deposit must be received to hold your reservation. Deposit will vary depending on length of stay. Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure less any damages and $60 cleaning fee. Deposits and rental rates can be paid in the form of a bank check or money order. All rates include electric, phone, and basic cable.
