Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located at the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club in beautiful Indian Shores. The unit fronts directly on the Intercoastal waterway and is great for boat and dolphin watching.The beach is just across the street. A balcony off the living room and the master bedroom overlooks the heated swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board, boat dock and fishing dock. A balcony at the front entrance provide spectacular views of gulf sunsets.

In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom. The living room has a pull out couch as well as cable TV and VCR. Laundry facilities are on the same floor. There is a sun deck on the roof. The building is within walking distance of many fine restaurants with shopping nearby. It is a 30 minute trip to the Tampa airport and 90 minutes to the Orlando area attractions

Weekly...$600 - $750

Monthly...$1800 - $2500

A deposit of $200 is required for weeekly rentals. A $500 deposit is required for monthly rentals and a $1000 deposit is required for 3 month rentals. A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for rentals under 1 month and a $100 fee will be charged for Monthly rentals.
