It is one of the most popular complexes on South Walton's prestigious Scenic 30-A and is only 50 yards from the beach. When you are not enjoying the quiet beaches (no crowds, high rises or traffic congestion), you may walk to local shops, a variety of restaurants,and a lively cafe.

Gulf Place is an active family oriented community. Guests of the Caribbean enjoy free weekly events in a town amphitheater: a Sunday evening concert, a Wednesday night outdoor movie,and a Thursday evening open market and jazz fest. Supervised " Kid's Club" activities include sports,arts and crafts and a kids dinner out.
Additional activities include tennis courts (lessons available), shuffleboard, nature and jogging trails. Golf is available at Santa Rosa Country Club immediately adjacent to the town center.

Another popular attraction is the 18 mile Scenic 30-A bike trail that meanders through beautiful coastal lakes and quaint villages.Need more? Visit Destin or Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as gulfarium,water parks, dolphin cruises, fishing charters, roller coasters and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest in Southeast).

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in master, queen (2nd BR), a queen sleeper and two bunks recessed in hallway. The condo features an over-sized private balcony, elevator and 2 pools (one heated) with sundeck & jacuzzi. The condo is only 50 yards from the beach.
