(On the Beach).... is a spacious and airy all-on-one 1st level 1275 square foot unit located in small two-story private beach front condominium that comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults + 2 children & 1 infant, in 2 bedrooms and a sleeper-couch.  It's kitchen and large family room are centrally located between the two bedrooms. Every room except one of the bedrooms have a view of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and Old River. The Côté de Mer's Master bedroom and Great room share a deck that looks out over the beach and the clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Kitchen and dining area have a deck that looks out over the river side of Perdido Key. Golf (just up the road), boating, fishing & blue-crabbing along with many other attractions are also right here for you.  Shopping and dining abound and are easily reached by car or walking. The unit comes complete with linens & towels but please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, soap, etc.).  The wet bar entertainment area has its own ice-maker and mini-refrigerator. 

For your Outside Enjoyment ... a gas grill on the southern deck with unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The north side deck just off the dining area has a "glider-swing" to enjoy relaxing views of sunrise and sunset as well as Old River. - Parking for 2 Cars ... there is off-street private parking available just below and in front of Côté de Mer.
