Rental price includes all ammentites plus bed linens. The price does not include: bath towels and a $500 deposit which is due at the time of reservation. This deposit will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of home after rental. If damage/loss has occurred the amount will be deducted. Balance of rental due 4 weeks prior to rental dates. Reservation cancellation subject to the following deductions from the initial deposit: cancellation 10 weeks before rental date:$300. Cancellation after final payment $500. A Cleaning fee and 10.5% tax apply to all rentals. If additonal space is needed, at an additonal fee, a two bedroom, one bath cottage is availabe.
