A security/reservation deposit of $200 is required upon booking a reservation. Summer rates includes sales tax & cleaning fee. Other seasonal rates less than one week will be charged a cleaning fee. (3 night minimum) No refunds for early departure or late cancellations. Reservation/Security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival.
