This Nantucket white and blue three-story new beach cottage has partial views of the Gulf, sleeps up to 12 in its 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is just perfect for multiple family vacations.  Capri Beach Cottage is just steps from the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf and is located off Highway 98, nestled right across from the Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall in a small, private cottage community with its own community pool, bath house and access to the beach just steps away, yet close to the Destin hustle and bustle.

This non-smoking cottage has two white wooden picket-fence decks that are perfect for afternoon lazing and watching the kids play in the communal area. Or hang out on the third-floor tower, with its own wet-bar, and watch over all of the nearby communities and the beach for spectacular sunsets. Bedrooms offer king, queen, twin, trundle and queen sofa-bed styles for adult and children. Crib and high chair provided.

Destin offers all water activities including snorkeling, diving, fishing, sailing, surfing, parasailing, jet skis, shelling and of course, swimming. Also, there is nearby hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fitness centers, miniature golf, amusement parks, shopping, dining, cinemas and anything else you might want for recreation. High Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only, week-long rentals. $175 cleaning fee added for less than 7-night rental. Taxes and cleaning fee ARE included in ALL prices. Property is reserved with $500 deposit and remainder must be paid 60 days in advance of rental.Security deposit is $300 and returned. Full refund up to 60 days prior to rental. Alll monies refunded in case of hurricane. Dogs are $100 each with owner's approval Rentors must be 25 years old to rent home and no college student or spring break groups allowed.
