Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo is located in Seascape Resort, just East of Destin. Seascape is designed in and around an intimate but challenging par 71 golf course, and our patio is just a few steps from the 16th green. It is a short walk from our condo to the snow-white BEACH, with our well-known "Whales Tail" restaurant, with its own menu and bar. What a great view to enjoy a meal on the covered deck, and watch the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf! Five pools and eight tennis courts are on the property; the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and abundant restaurants are nearby.

FALL 9/18-12/31-2010 $500 per week,

WINTER 2011 $1000 per month, multi monthly

11,5% SALES TAX applicable to all rentals

Weekly rentals only

We rent Saturday to Saturday; check in and check out is at noon. We are interested in renting to people who are willing to clean the condo before final departure. That's why our rates are lower.
