There are 2 master suites both opening to a great room with panoramic view of Ocean/Gulf, complete with 31" TV. Then opening to wrap-around screened porch (with pool table and hammock)... beyond, another large porch where the hot tub is! Throw in a gourmet kitchen and that's the upstairs. Downstairs has a bedroom, large bath and another living room with 25" TV.

For scuba diving and snorkeling, Big Pine Key is paradise. Looe Key Marine Sanctuary is nearby as well as Bahia Honda State Park renowned for its incredible beach (looks like Gilligan's Island)

Rented Weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Cleaning fee is $225 per week. A $1000 deposit is required to hold the property plus a signed contract. The county does charge a 11.5% tax. Our off season is from September-December with the exception of holidays and special events. Avoid disappointment, book early!
