The focal point of this spacious Florida Keys vacation home is its great room... kitchen, wet bar, dining room and living room combined, all looking looking out over the kidney shaped pool and canal with 70 boat dock. Next to the pool at the lower level, is a tiki bar with small fridge to keep your sodas cold, and a small sink. At the bar are 4 tall chairs beckoning for you to approach and just relax with a cool drink while watching the colorful fish swimming in the canal, like Parrot fish, Angel Sargeant Majors and many more. This home may be rented as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. The third bedroom is at pool level with a large sitting room and master bathroom.

Note for the 3 rd bedroom the rate is an additional $1000.a week plus 12.5%

Vacation Rental License No VR-001 Must be 21 years or older to rent property. Rent now for next year for the same garanteed rate. Cleaning fee for the 2 bedroomS is $135.00 Cleaning fee for the 3 bedrooms is $150.00. Please note in the 2 bedrooms..we have twin beds and a queen size bed plus sleeper couch( in living room). The master bedroom is the 3rd bedroom with a king size bed, with large sitting room and master bathroom at the pool level.
