This is not a typical beach front condo!  Owned and decorated by an interior designer, E25 was refurnished again in early 2008.   Repeat guests look forward to seeing the new changes which occur regularly.   New Master bedroom furniture, 50" plasma TV, wall mounted LCD TV, new Guest room furniture, new uphosltery, new window treatments etc...   We love to redecorate!   Designer furnishings from Baker, Bernhardt, Century and Kravet don't mean the condo isn't comfortable and designed for the use of families with young children.   Best yet is the fact that the view never changes.   E25 is so close to the beach you can see dolphins frolicking in the waves! 
 

Listen to the waves from the lavish & romantic master bedroom suite.   Guests will enjoy the queen & twin daybed in the quaint guest room.   A queen size sleep sofa is also available in the living room for additional sleep options.



There is a magnificent beach front view throughout the condo.   Use the convenient gas grills and dine al-fresco on the lanai while watching the setting sun.   A fully equipped Kitchen and extra linens are provided.  3 TVs, 3 DVD players, board games, best selling books, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, portable crib and high chair are all there for your enjoyment and comfort.

 Tennis, shuffleboard, heated pool, clubhouse, hot tub, beach volleyball, pool side and beach lounge chairs, assigned parking and an elevator are all available for you.  Sun bathe, visit the Wild Life Refuge, go shelling or use the island bike paths.  No matter what your plans, Pointe santo is the most beautiful complex on the island and E25 is the ideal place to stay!

Minimum stay 7 nights. Booked Saturday to Saturday. $300 deposit secures the reservation. Visa/Mastercard Accepted for deposit. $35 non-refundable booking fee and applicable taxes added to all rental fees. There are no other hidden extras! Optional travelers insurance is available.
