Our newly furnished (2005) 2 bedroom-Plus Den home is designed for complete privacy for 2 couples. We are located in the Burnt Store Marina & Country Club (Port Charlotte-Ft.Myers area) a 24-hour gated secure community with a deep water marina, fishing charters, boat rentals, and direct access to the Charlotte Harbor, Boca Grande Pass and the Gulf and 45 minutes from Ft. Myers airport.

The spacious Master bedroom/bath gives access to the main lanai to the pool and hot tub with an outside bath by the pool and a gorgeous tropical & golf course view. The Great room and kitchen have this same beautiful view; it's just breathtaking!! The spacious Great room has vaulted ceilings with access to the main lanai. The well equipped kitchen has a dining nook and the spacious Dining area is off the kitchen and Great room. You can also access the lanai to the pool from the kitchen. There is also a two car garage with storage. Additional Health Club/Tennis.... fee is required. Bike rentals available at the marina for a small fee. Beautiful beaches....Sanibel/Captiva Islands, Siesta Key, Naples, Ft Myers (all located within 45 minutes.
