Surrounded by water and beautiful palm and coconut palm trees with a variety of lush tropical fauna, this 4 bedroom home affords complete privacy. we offer dockage for up to a 60' Yacht including 50 & 30 Amp power and water hookup. This home includes a lovely Master bedroom with king bed and its own private bath, as well as three bedrooms with queen beds with two additional full baths. There are sliding glass doors and windows in the Master bedroom, a formal Dining room, Kitchen and Family room open to the pool and lanai areas well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There are 3 TV's; a wide screen in the Family room with a DVD/MP3 player and a VCR, one in the Master bedroom with VCR and one in a Guest room too. We also offer free hi-speed Internet.

There is a screen-enclosed heated pool. Pick fresh fruit and avocados (in season) right on the property. Golfers can choose from 30 golf courses in the area. Less than ten minutes by car is the Cape Coral Country Club, named in "Links" golfing magazine as one of the 100 best golf courses in the United States. This golf course is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and is reasonably priced.

This is a fishermen's paradise! Guests can fish off the dock on a wide, deep canal. The entrance to the Caloosahatchee River is visible from the dock. From the river, it's 20 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. A Deck boat is available for cruising or fishing. Attention Nature Lovers! See the real Florida as it once existed in all its tropical grandeur. You are just 35 minutes from the Great Cypress Perserve where you can observe virgin wet lands, alligators and other exotic wildlife.

Spring & Summer Rates 2008 Apr 26 - Sept. 5 , 1- 4 adults $1150.00

Off Peak Rates 2008 September 6 - December 12, 1-4 adults $975.00

Winter Rates 2007-2008 - December 15, 2007 - April 25, 2008 $1500.00

Winter rates for 2 adults and children 16 and younger; Other rates 4 adults

$120.00 per week each additional adult

Minimum rental period one week ; from Saturday to Saturday

Two week minimum required on all rentals during Chritmas, New Year and

Easter periods, or 50% surcharge for one week.

Please add to the rental fee 9% Florida tax, cleaning fee of $150.00, security deposit of $350. A 15% or $350 security (whichever is greater)deposit is required to hold reservation. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8 PERSONS. No Pets. No Smoking.
