Located on Siesta Key, just a few steps from Siesta Beach, Sundance Rentals is an affordable vacation spot! When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the beach and a block to all the restaurants, pubs and shops in the village! There are four units at Sundance - (2) one bedroom apartments and (2) two bedroom apartments. The units can be combined through interior doors to create (2) three bedroom units as well.

Sundance rentals is located right next door to Seaside Villas and larger groups can combine units in both buildings! Your apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! Each apartment has a private entrance. A laundry is provided for the exclusive use of our guests.

The two bedroom units have two bathrooms and are about 900 square feet. Each master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has either two twins or a full size bed. These units also feature a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and cable TV, VCR and a CD player. Some movies, CD's and tapes will make entertaining your family easy.
