This deluxe townhouse is located in the heart of Siesta Key Village - just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants and only a three minute walk to the world famous Crescent Beach! Relax by your private pool!  There is a three bedroom unit and a one bedroom unit.  These units are equipped with amenities rarely found in a vacation rental - everything you need to make your stay memorable. For larger groups, units can be combined to offer anything from one bedroom up to ten bedrooms (including our property right next door)!

The three bedroom townhouse is spread out over two levels and has more than 1900 square feet of living space.  The living room has two couches, cable TV/DVD and a marble fireplace.  The dining room table seats six.  The kitchen is equipped with a Jenn-air cook top, through the door ice and water refrigerator, trash compactor, dishwasher, and a convection oven as well as a standard oven.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and a two person Jacuzzi tub.  There is also a full shower and a bidet.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  The townhouse is fully equipped wi th all linens, towels, beach towels and cooking utensils.  The private pool is shared by only four units.  Gas grill and patio furniture by the pool.

The one bedroom units are approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator and microwave.  The bedroom has sliding glass doors that open out to the pool area.
