Rates are based on no more than eight guests. Discounts are available for stays of four weeks or more. A $100.00 per week Deposit is required to hold reservations. The Cancellations require 60 days advance notice for refund of deposit (less $20.00 service fee). Weekly rental rates do not include taxes (12%). There are no other charges such as cleaning fees or admisistrative charges. Confirmed reservations are guaranteed at the current quoted rates. Now accepting Visa and Master Card through Pay Pal!
