Deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm reservation. Remaing 50% plus 11% sales tax due 30 days prior to check-in. A $200 damage deposit by check is also required. Deposits refunded for reservations cancelled 30 days before arrival date.
Check-in time is 3 PM check-out time is 10 AM. Cleaning fee is included.
Refunds made when mandatory hurricane evacuation is declared.
