A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm reservation. Remaing 50% plus 11% sales tax due 1 month prior to rental. A $200 damage deposit by check is also required. Deposits refunded for reservations cancelled i month before arrival date.
Check-in time is 3 PM check-out time is 10 AM. Cleaning is included.
Full refunds made when mandatory hurricane evacuation is declared.
