The downstairs balcony overlooks the pool and beach (great sunsets from here) and the second balcony off the master bedroom has a view of the bay/inlet. The unit has been professionally decorated for style and comfort and is convenient to restaurants, shopping with a grocery store just across the street.

The Pinnacle Port complex is situated on the beach with Phillips inlet on the other side and shares a guarded entrance with Carillon Beach luxury homes. Along with its other amenities, you will enjoy walking trails, BBQ picnic area and a dock on the inlet for boats and fishing. Jet-Skis, sailboats and lounges are available for rent on the beach.
