Check-in is 4:00 PM (Saturday) and check-out is 10:00 AM (Saturday). Rental includes taxes and maid service. There is a $200 deposit required to confirm reservation, which reverts to a damage deposit upon check-in. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to check-in to allow time for us to mail keys, directions, etc. ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING OR PETS VOIDS THE DEPOSIT REFUND. Damage deposit returned upon return of keys.
Cancellation policy: within 30 days of check-in - full refund, within 15 days of check-in - 1/2 refund, anything under 14 days - no refund of deposit
