Whether you love sunning and swimming at the beach or fishing and boating on the bay you'll find the best of both worlds in Cape San Blas. The beach has been voted number one beach in America for the past two years and St. Joseph's Bay is known to be one of the top fishing destinations as well. Sundance 3 bedroom Cottage happens to be right in the middle of both. Nestled in the sand dunes of Cape San Blas it is very convenient to the deeded accesses of both the beach and the bay and less than 1/2 mile to St Joseph State Park. All furnishings and appliances are brand new as of 2004.

Sunbathers will enjoy the outdoor shower and bath for coming in from the beach while fishermen will find the fish cleaning station handy after a successful day of fishing. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (one is outside but the shower and toilet are enclosed) the house will comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, private bath and French doors which lead onto the back deck overlooking the dunes. There are no other homes behind ours so it is very private on the back deck.

The other two bedrooms each have queen size beds and share the full bath conveniently located in the hall. One of the queen bedrooms has cable TV as well. Everyone will have a great place to relax in the living room with large, comfortable sofas and chairs. Bring your favorite VHS tapes and DVD's so you can enjoy the entertainment center complete with large screen TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. The dining table seats 6 or you may choose to dine on the large front deck just outside the French doors in the living room. Since Cape San Blas is not known for restaurants we keep the kitchen well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils. A gas grill is just outside on the deck for grilling your fresh catch of the day.

Bring your boat or wave runner as we have ample parking for both. You may also rent all kinds of boats from pontoons to kayaks and fishing charters are available as well. So if you're looking for a place that's somewhat off the beaten path you have found it here. Uncrowded beaches, endless shelling, fantastic fishing or just boating around the bay are just a few of the things to do. Rent a bike and ride for miles or go for a kayak and ride the waves. Or simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of a beautiful, uncrowded beach with your friends and family. You never know...you may find that you want to come back year after year!

No rentals to groups of young adults under 25 years of age. No exceptions.
