You will have the best of all worlds sitting here on the Gulf Coast feeling like you are on the Mediterranean or the California Coast.

The home has been featured in the local “Tour of Gardens” for its beach growth. Enjoy the variety of dune plants and flowers, palms, yucca, and magnolia…or just enjoy total seclusion watching dolphins, great blue herons, an abundance of pelicans, sea turtles and once-in-awhile a sighting of manatees!

Activities & Attractions: Restaurants, golf courses and shopping are all nearby. Walking and bike path within ½ mile of house is over 20 miles long along the scenic beaches and lakes of South Walton and County Road 30-A. Bikes may be rented ½ mile from the house. Deep Sea Fishing or Scuba diving/snorkeling is in nearby Destin. Fish at Big Redfish lake across the street from the house or walk to it ¼ mile down the beach

Maximum occupancy 10 people includes infants & your visitors using facilities but do not spend the night ... strictly adhered to; certain size groups may not be suitable, check with owner. For 6 or less, choose to rent the 3 bedroom / 2 bath and close off the 4th bedroom / extra bath …… or check with owner for small group pricing desiring the extra space. For 7-10, the 4 bedroom / 3 bath rate applies. Rates shown do not include tax / damage deposit. There are no other fees; cleaning is every Saturday. Non-refundable Dog Fee $250 per dog; appropriate paperwork required at time of reservation for confirmation; dog cleaning fees are included in dog pricing; sorry, other pets are not acceptable. Walton County Pet Ordinance applies. Monthly Rates not available, weekly rate applies; Saturday Check-in/out day. Daily rate is minimum weekly rate, there are no daily rates.
