Not a golf course in the county! The home has a new owner who has fully renovated the interior (2000). Beach walking, shelling, sunbathing and fishing are the main attractions at Alligator Point. Enjoy it while it lasts...one of the last undeveloped coastal regions in the U.S.

The beach house comfortably sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 to 4 children and is situated on a 90' wide lot less than 50' from the Gulf. The beach is private and unshared. This part of Franklin County is predominately undeveloped forest and marsh land with sparse residential development.
