Decorated in shades of sea foam and coral, this sparkling yet affordable two bedroom condominium is within walking distance of all of Key West's best attractions. French doors in the living room open to a private patio and garden alive with queen palms and bougainvillea. It's a great place to cool off after a day at the beach or the reef. This residence is located in the Shipyard section of the Truman Annex, a gated community located in Key West's old town.

The condo has a fresh water hose for cleaning off scuba tanks and a gas grill. (Call Craig to find out where you can buy fresh Florida lobster right off the boat.) . Truman Annex features 24-hour security and assigned parking. The unit was built in 1994 and is in terrific condition.

We rent by the week and by the month. This property accommodates 1-5 people and is in terrific condition. Please call for seasonal rates.
